Spondise Marketplace is a public marketplace that connects brands with content creators for paid sponsorships, brand collaborations, and user-generated content (UGC). Sponsors post campaigns, Creators apply, and the platform holds payment in escrow until the work is confirmed. It replaces cold DMs, scattered emails, and closed agency rosters with one structured, self-serve system.
This guide explains what Spondise is, how it works, who it is for, and what it costs.

Spondise is an open influencer marketing marketplace. Sponsors post campaigns. Creators browse them and apply. Both sides agree on terms, run the work through a shared workspace, and let the platform hold the payment until the job is done.
It works on web and mobile, and it covers the four platforms where most sponsorship activity happens: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
The idea is simple. Sponsorship deals used to depend on who you knew and how fast someone replied. Spondise makes the opportunity public, the terms visible, and the payment secure, so a deal does not collapse over a missed message or an unpaid invoice.
Spondise is built around three roles. Each one uses the platform differently.

Sponsors are brands, businesses, and individuals who want to promote a product, service, event, or idea. A Sponsor creates a listing, sets the deliverables and budget, and chooses which Creators to work with.

Creators are influencers and UGC makers of any size, from nano accounts to large channels. A Creator browses live listings, applies to the ones that fit, delivers the agreed content, and gets paid through the platform.

Agencies manage creators or run campaigns for clients. Agency Mode is launching soon. Agencies can join the waitlist now to get access as soon as it goes live.
Every campaign on Spondise follows the same core sequence:
Listing → Inquiry → Acceptance → Protected Commission → Content Creation → Approval → Completion → Payout
Below, we break down each stage in detail.

Sponsors start by creating a sponsorship listing. This defines who can apply, what content is required, how approvals work, and what commission is offered.
Listings are visible in the marketplace once published.

Creators can browse all public listings without verification. Each listing clearly shows:

To participate, a Creator submits an inquiry or a counter-offer. Eligibility is automatically checked against listing requirements.
Creators must be verified to submit inquiries.

Sponsors manually accept or decline each inquiry. Once a creator is accepted:
Unanswered inquiries are automatically declined after 72 hours.

Once a creator is accepted, commissions are secured using an escrow-based protection mechanism. This ensures:
This protection applies automatically to every contract.

The Creator produces content according to the listing requirements and submits draft files for review.

Sponsors approve or request changes. If no action is taken within 24 hours, drafts auto-approve and the workflow continues.
Once approved, approvals cannot be reversed.
After publishing, the Creator submits final live links. Sponsors confirm compliance or allow auto-approval.
Once final links are approved, the contract is marked as completed.

A listing is a campaign brief. The Sponsor defines what is being promoted, the format, the creative direction, the budget, and the number of available slots. Listings are public and searchable, so they keep working even before a match happens. If a Sponsor wants to run different offers or target different platforms, they create a separate listing for each.
SponChat gives every collaboration its own space. It has two tabs: a Chat tab for direct messages and a Workflow tab to track the steps from brief to delivery. You decide how involved you want to be. Some Sponsors set the brief and step back. Others stay close to every draft.
SponProtect is the escrow system that holds the agreed payment until the work is confirmed. For Sponsors, that means no blind payments and no chasing delivery after you have paid. For Creators, it means the budget is committed before you start. Funds are released once both sides confirm the slot is complete. Read more about SponProtect in this article.
Anyone who wants to promote something. A global brand, a local cafe, or a solo founder with a new app all qualify. If you want exposure through social media, you can sponsor on Spondise. The platform supports campaigns across niches, audiences, and locations, so you can find Creators who match your voice and your market.
If it can be talked about online, it can be promoted. Common examples include:
Spondise does not sell your product. It promotes it. A Sponsor lists a campaign, which is a collaboration offer, and the Creator markets the product, service, or idea to their audience. The listing defines what gets promoted, how, and why. The selling still happens on your own channels.
The format is the Sponsor's choice and is set during listing creation. Options include:
Any creator with a social account and an audience can take part, regardless of size. Micro and nano creators are welcome, and many listings are built for smaller, niche audiences. Because a Sponsor can accept many Creators from a single listing in one step, working with a group of small creators is as practical as working with one large account.
The Spondise Exclusive Club (SEC) is a free membership for Creators, and it is the only way a Creator gets a public profile in the marketplace. SEC membership is how Sponsors find you beyond the listings you apply to, and it comes with marketplace fee discounts and other member benefits. Applications run through [email protected].
SponBalance is the in-platform wallet where your earnings land once a collaboration is released. You track what you have earned and what is still pending in one place.
Spondise is not an agency or a broker. It is a marketplace you run yourself, open to the global creator economy rather than a closed list of contacts. Agencies are welcome as a role on the platform, but a deal does not depend on a middleman passing messages back and forth. The difference shows up in a few places:
Creating a listing is free. Browsing listings is free. There is no subscription and no paywall to take part. Spondise charges a service fee only when a collaboration is confirmed:
For Sponsors & Brands:
For Creators & Influencers:

The pricing is built to be fair to both sides, not to undercut the value of the work. You only pay when a deal goes through.

If you are a Sponsor with something to promote, or a Creator who wants paid, fairly structured work, the answer is yes. Listing and browsing cost nothing, your listing stays visible and searchable even before a match, and the payment side is handled for you. There is little downside to starting.
