Once a sponsorship campaign reaches completion on Spondise, several automated steps ensure payments, records, and reviews are handled correctly. This article explains what happens after the final approval.
A campaign is marked as completed after final content links are approved. At this point, no further changes to deliverables are possible.

If the campaign includes a cash commission, the Spondise team reviews the submission. Once confirmed, the commission is credited to the creator’s SponBalance within a few business days.

Non-cash rewards such as products or affiliate commissions are handled directly between sponsor and creator.
After completion, both sponsor and creator are invited to leave reviews. Reviews help maintain trust and visibility across the marketplace.
Completed contracts remain accessible in your dashboard for reference, reporting, and compliance. This creates a clear history of past collaborations.
Once a campaign is completed, you are free to launch new listings, re-engage creators, or scale successful formats into future campaigns.
