How the Spondise Marketplace Works (End to End)

From Listing Creation to Promotion Completion

Spondise is a structured influencer–brand marketplace designed to remove uncertainty from sponsorships. Every collaboration follows a defined lifecycle that protects both sides, enforces deliverables, and ensures commissions are only released after work is completed.

This guide explains the entire Spondise workflow — step by step — so you understand exactly what happens, when, and why.

The Spondise Marketplace Lifecycle

Every campaign on Spondise follows the same core sequence:

Listing → Inquiry → Acceptance → Protected Commission → Content Creation → Approval → Completion → Payout

Below, we break down each stage in detail.

Step 1: Sponsor Creates a Listing

Sponsors start by creating a sponsorship listing. This defines who can apply, what content is required, how approvals work, and what commission is offered.

  • Category, language, and eligibility filters
  • Content format and platform requirements
  • Approval workflow configuration
  • Cash and/or affiliate commission per creator slot

Listings are visible in the marketplace once published.

Step 2: Creators Browse Listings

Creators can browse all public listings without verification. Each listing clearly shows:

  • Available creator slots
  • Required platforms and content types
  • Commission structure
  • Approval steps

Step 3: Creator Submits an Inquiry or Offer

To participate, a Creator submits an inquiry or a counter-offer. Eligibility is automatically checked against listing requirements.

Creators must be verified to submit inquiries.

Step 4: Sponsor Reviews and Accepts a Creator

Sponsors manually accept or decline each inquiry. Once a creator is accepted:

  • The contract becomes active
  • The commission moves into a protected state
  • The workflow is locked

Unanswered inquiries are automatically declined after 72 hours.

Step 5: Protected Commission Flow

Once a creator is accepted, commissions are secured using an escrow-based protection mechanism. This ensures:

  • Sponsors only pay for completed, approved work
  • Creators know funds are reserved before starting
  • Clear enforcement of deliverables and approvals

This protection applies automatically to every contract.

Step 6: Content Creation & Draft Submission

The Creator produces content according to the listing requirements and submits draft files for review.

  • Draft uploads or preview links
  • Unlimited revisions (no system cap)
  • 24-hour review window per step

Step 7: Sponsor Review & Approval

Sponsors approve or request changes. If no action is taken within 24 hours, drafts auto-approve and the workflow continues.

Once approved, approvals cannot be reversed.

Step 8: Final Links Submission

After publishing, the Creator submits final live links. Sponsors confirm compliance or allow auto-approval.

Step 9: Promotion Completed

Once final links are approved, the contract is marked as completed.

  • Reviews become available
  • Commissions enter payout processing
  • Campaign is closed

Step 10: Payout Processing

Approved commissions move to the Creator’s SponBalance. Payouts can be requested once minimum thresholds are met.

This final step completes the marketplace lifecycle.
