Getting paid on Spondise follows a structured, workflow-based process designed to protect both Creators and Sponsors. This guide explains exactly when money moves, what fees apply, and which conditions must be met before a payout becomes available. 

When Is a Commission Secured? 

A cash commission becomes secured under SponProtect the moment a Sponsor accepts a Creator. 

• The Sponsor’s cash commission is locked 
• Funds cannot be withdrawn or reused 
• The contract becomes binding for both parties 

This ensures that once a Creator starts working, the agreed budget is already reserved. 

Note: Affiliate commissions, product samples, vouchers, or other non-cash rewards are not handled through Spondise payouts. 

What Triggers a SponBalance release? 

A release is not triggered by posting content alone. It is triggered only after the contract is fully completed and reviewed by the Spondise Team. 

1. All required draft steps are completed (or auto-approved if manual draft review is enabled and the review window expires) 
2. Final links are submitted by the Creator 
3. Final links are approved by the Sponsor if manual review is enabled, otherwise auto-approved after the review window 
4. The contract status changes to Promotion Completed 
5. Spondise Team reviews the release to SponBalance
6. SponBalance is credited & ready for Payout

Approval Windows and Auto-Progression 

To prevent stalled contracts, Spondise enforces time-based progression: 

• Sponsors have 24 hours to review drafts or final links (when manual review is enabled) 
• If no action is taken, the system auto-approves and moves to the next step 
• Once approved, a step cannot be reversed 

There is no fixed limit on how many draft revisions a Sponsor may request. 

Internal Review and Payment Timing 

After a contract is completed, Spondise performs a final internal review to ensure all workflow steps were followed correctly. 

Once credited a payout can be requested immediately and is processed within a few business days.

SponBalance Status Flow 

1. Contract Completed → Pending Review 
2. Credited to SponBalance → Payout Can be requested

A payout request can only be made once funds are credited. 

Fees You Should Expect 

• 10% Creator service fee 
• $25 flat payout fee (banking, FX, transaction costs) 

A payout request is only possible if at least $25 USD remains after all fees and deductions.
